job description | General nursing care work at nursing homes for the elderly Entering a nursing home for the elderly (cognitive ward) that combines medical care and nursing care Nursing care work in the hospital (50 beds, physical care ward 50 beds). ・Meal assistance, bathing assistance, toilet assistance ・Recreation planning and management (events are held monthly depending on the season) Night shifts are about once a week (4-5 times a month). 50 beds will be staffed by two caregivers and one nurse. |
