job description General nursing care work at nursing homes for the elderly
Entering a nursing home for the elderly (cognitive ward) that combines medical care and nursing care
Nursing care work in the hospital (50 beds, physical care ward 50 beds).
・Meal assistance, bathing assistance, toilet assistance
・Recreation planning and management (events are held monthly depending on the season)
Night shifts are about once a week (4-5 times a month).
50 beds will be staffed by two caregivers and one nurse.

Salary Basic salary: 159,500 yen ~

Severance pay Retirement benefits system available (for employees with more than 3 years of service)
Various allowances Job allowance: Initial training 15,000 yen per month
Practical training: 16,000 yen per month
Care worker: 25,000 yen per month
Night shift allowance: 7,000 yen/shift
Expected annual salary in the first year of employment Approximately 3.3 million yen (assuming 5 night shifts per month)
