Severance pay	There is no retirement plan for part-time employees.
Various allowances	Transportation expenses: Actual expenses covered (up to 30,000 yen/month) If you work night shifts, you will be paid a night shift allowance.

Treatment/Benefits	Staff dormitory: 7,000 yen/month
Working hours	・For international students, working hours are set in addition to the time they attend school (28 hours per week). ・Specific technical intern trainees will work 8 hours a day (7:00-16:00, 8:30-17:30, 10:00-19:00, 60-minute break). *Please consult if you wish to work night shifts.
