job description | The main task is to assist residents in their daily lives. This is a group home where people with dementia live. Whatever they can do now, we ask them to do it themselves, even if it takes time (supervising others is also a very important job), which will help the residents to gain self-confidence. There is no set daily schedule. Some people have breakfast at 7am, while others get up around 10am. It is important to provide supervision and assistance to each resident according to their schedule. |
