At Kamikitazawa Home, we hold various training sessions at the facility every month to improve the skills of our staff. We also have a system in place where veteran staff members provide careful guidance and advice to new staff, so you can work with peace of mind. We also have staff members from Vietnam, the Philippines, and Nepal, so you can feel free to ask them for advice about work or your personal life.
