Salary breakdown
・Basic salary: 181,000 yen to 201,000 yen
・Treatment improvement allowance: 60,000 yen

<Care worker> Qualification allowance: 5,000 yen
<For those who have completed practical training> Qualification allowance: 2,500 yen
<Initial training graduates> No qualification allowance
