Equipment outline
The complex was built by renovating the former Shinagawa Ward Hara Elementary School in 2009. The first floor houses the care prevention center "Ikiki Center" (elderly welfare center) and "Kids Town Nishioi" (certified nursery school), while the second and third floors house "Care Home Nishioi Kohoen" (housing for the elderly with services).
Nishioi Kohoen Care Home provides 24-hour nursing care services to people aged 60 and over who live in Shinagawa Ward and have been certified as requiring nursing care or assistance, allowing them to continue living in the neighborhoods they are familiar with.
