Promoting intergenerational exchange in casual wear as a childcare and nursing care base in the Shinsuna area of Koto Ward

The facility has five services: three nursing care services (multi-purpose home, group home, and silver stay), general childcare, and two childcare services (Ohisama, a childcare center for recovering children), and we work together with everyone to live in harmony with the community. The Shinsuna group home is located on the fourth floor of the facility and is home to nine users.

・Base salary: 176,400 yen to 180,000 yen (varies depending on qualifications and work style preferences)
・Regional adjustment allowance: 22,000 yen

・Clothing allowance: 500 yen
・Special allowance for improved working conditions: 2,000 yen (FY2023 results)
