Working hours

Variable working hours system (monthly unit)
Early shift: 7:00-16:00 (60 minute break)
Day shift: 8:45am - 5:45pm (60 minute break)
Late shift: 12:00-21:00 (60-minute break)
Night shift: 5:20pm to 9:20am (60 minute break) on a rotation system

8-9 days off per month *Approximately 104 days off per year
Shift system (submit your requested days off around the 20th of each month, and we will decide your shifts for the following month in consultation with you)

Long and special holidays

・Paid vacation (10 days granted in the first year) *Can be taken as half-days in the morning or afternoon only

Application Requirements

・JLPT N3 or above
・JFT-Basic holders
・Pass the Specified Skills Assessment Test (caregiving)
・Work experience in Japan for at least 1 year
・Experience working in a care facility (may be in your home country)
・Experience working in a hospital (may be in your home country)
