Equipment outline

Akishima City is located about 35 km west of central Tokyo, almost in the center of Tokyo. Tachikawa Station is two stations away, making it convenient for shopping. Akishima City's water supply is 100% groundwater, so water bills are low and the water is delicious to drink, making it a comfortable environment to live in. Showa Memorial Park is nearby, where you can enjoy the changing of the seasons.
The facility's grounds are home to several hospitals and welfare facilities operated by the corporation, making it a base for providing welfare services rooted in the local community.

General care for residents

Salary

[Contract staff] Monthly salary: 180,000 yen and up
bonus

Treatment improvement allowance: 8,000 yen Special allowance for housing support (20,000 yen for the first 5 years)

Night shift allowance: 7,000 yen/time
