Salary breakdown
<Non-caregiver/Nursing care worker> 220,500 yen
・Base salary: 142,500 yen
・Adjustment salary: 39,000 yen
・Perfect attendance allowance: 8,000 yen
・Elderly care allowance: 14,000 yen
・Base salary increase allowance: 7,500 yen
・Treatment improvement allowance: 9,500 yen

Night shift allowance: 6,000 yen/shift

3,352,480 yen (night shift 4 times a month, 1st year only half-year bonus)
