Monthly salary: 277,500 yen (including savings plan after trial period, 4 long night shifts per month)

Bonus twice a year
For those enrolled from April to September, the winter bonus payment rate is 100%.
Those enrolled from October to March will receive a 100% bonus in the following summer.
Those who join midway will receive a lower payment rate.

Monthly salary: 177,500 yen (basic salary: 151,500 yen, seniority salary: 26,000 yen)

Housing allowance: 20,000 yen
Special housing support allowance of 20,000 yen (for 5 years only)
Night shift allowance: 40,000 yen (10,000 yen per night shift, 8,000 yen during OJT)
*If you have no experience, night shifts will start after 8 to 10 months
Property accumulation savings: 3,000 yen (from the fourth month after joining the company)

For those without qualifications or experience, 3,594,150 yen *Night shifts are calculated from the sixth month after joining the company (assuming you learn the job smoothly)

Retirement age is set at 62 years old.

8-10 days off per month *104-120 days off per year (including 6 special holidays and 10 paid holidays)

Regarding temporary return to Japan
If you return home for 7 days, you can return after 1 year.
If you return home for 14 days, you can return after two years.
