Monthly salary of 245,500 yen (after trial period, includes savings plan and 4 long night shifts per month)

Bonus twice a year
For those enrolled from April to September, the winter bonus payment rate is 100%.
Those enrolled from October to March will receive a 100% bonus in the following summer.
Those who join midway will receive a lower payment rate.

No fixed overtime pay
Trial period 3 months (no changes to conditions)
* Wages are calculated at the end of the month and paid on the last day of the month (overtime work, etc., is paid at the end of the following month)

Monthly salary: 177,500 yen (basic salary: 151,500 yen, seniority salary: 26,000 yen)

Night shift allowance: 32,000 yen to 40,000 yen (1 night shift: 8,000 yen to 10,000 yen)
Short night shift: 8,000 yen (7,000 yen during OJT)
Long night shift: 10,000 yen (8,000 yen during OJT)
*If you have no experience, night shifts will start after 6 to 10 months
Property accumulation savings: 3,000 yen (from the fourth month after joining the company)

3,294,150 yen * Night shifts are calculated based on long night shifts starting from the second month after joining the company (assuming you learn the job smoothly)

8-10 days off per month *104-120 days off per year (including 6 special holidays and 10 paid holidays)

Regarding temporary return to Japan
If you return home for 7 days, you can return after 1 year.
If you return home for 14 days, you can return after two years.
