Equipment outline

Located on the border of Higashimurayama, Higashiyamato, and Kodaira cities, the area is surrounded by many schools and welfare facilities, and is also lined with cherry blossom trees and the Nobidome irrigation canal, making it a popular walking spot for local residents.
We aim to serve as a central facility for local welfare by utilizing our network with local residents and related organizations, collaborating with volunteers, and deepening interactions with local residents' associations.

General care for residents

* Traditional multi-bed room: working in special nursing homes for the elderly and short stays

Salary

[Contract staff] Monthly salary: 190,000 yen and up

bonus

Three times a year: Depends on years of experience Last year's performance: 300,000 yen or more (annual total)

Treatment improvement allowance: 5,000 yen
Housing allowance: 3,000 to 5,000 yen
Commuting allowance: up to 45,000 yen
Qualification allowance: 1,000 yen (care worker)
Night shift allowance: 7,000 yen/time

Approximately 3,500,000 yen
