・About allowances
Housing allowance (and special housing support allowance)
① In principle, half the rent (up to 20,000 yen)
② If you are eligible for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's housing rental support program for care workers (after you start working, live in a house under corporate contract, and your application is approved), you will not receive a housing allowance, but the rent for the house under corporate contract will be paid in full by the company. → No rent burden
③ If you are not covered by the support business in ②, you will be eligible for the "Special allowance for residential support" for care workers, and as an allowance, those with 5 years or less of service will receive 20,000 yen per month.
For those with 5 years or more of service, an additional 10,000 yen per month will be paid.
At the same time, housing allowance is also provided.
If you fall under ②, you will not be able to pay rent and will not receive a housing allowance. However, if you do not fall under this category, and you live in a house that costs less than 40,000 yen, you will receive a housing allowance of up to 20,000 yen plus housing support of 20,000 yen, so you can essentially live for free.
The majority of the houses under corporate contract with our company have rent in the range of 32,000 to 40,000 yen.
