Salary breakdown
<full-time employee>
・Base salary: 170,000 yen
・Treatment improvement allowance: 28,000 yen
・Night shift allowance: 28,000 yen (7,000 yen per night shift)
・Housing allowance: Half the rent, up to 40,000 yen (conditions: renting and head of household)
※You can use the dormitory as soon as there is a vacant room. The company will cover 50,000 yen for the dormitory. The remaining 20,000 yen will be borne by the student.
・Transportation expenses (the equivalent of a three-month commuter pass will be paid as part of your monthly salary)

・Qualification allowance: 5,000 yen (care worker)
