Equipment outline

We all come up with recreational activities so that the residents can enjoy them. We also have day trips by bus, which the staff enjoys. (Although we took a short break due to COVID-19...)

job description

The main task is to assist residents in their daily lives.
This is a group home where people with dementia live.
Whatever they can do now, we ask them to do it themselves, even if it takes time (supervising others is also a very important job), which will help the residents to gain self-confidence. There is no set daily schedule.
Some people have breakfast at 7am, while others get up around 10am.
It is important to provide supervision and assistance to each resident according to their schedule.

Salary

[Full-time employee] Monthly salary: 245,500 yen (including various allowances)

No fixed overtime pay
Trial period 3 months (no changes to conditions)
*Wages are paid at the end of the month, on the 15th of the following month.

Base salary: 184,000 yen
Second base salary: 4,000 yen
Treatment improvement allowance: 12,500 yen
Night shift allowance: 22,500 yen (5 night shifts per month, 4,500 yen each)

Tokyo Metropolitan Government Special Housing Assistance Allowance: 20,000 yen
Care worker allowance: 3,000 yen (not included in the monthly salary above)

3,021,000 yen (including bonus and 20 hours of overtime per year)

Treatment/Benefits

We are covered by employment insurance, workers' accident compensation insurance, health insurance, and employees' pension insurance. Paid vacation is in accordance with the law. In addition, we are covered by insurance at the company's expense to cover employees' illness and injuries during work (when at work).
There is a system in place that offers discounts on admission tickets to theme parks (TDL, etc.) and hot spring facilities.
You can purchase discount coupons for family restaurants and apparel stores (Uniqlo, etc.). (However, the above two coupons are limited in number based on this year's results.)

Educational system and training

JLPT N4 or above
Those who have passed the Specified Skills Assessment Test (Nursing Care) or whose exam date has been decided
No experience in nursing is required.
If you have a bright personality, are considered to have good communication skills, and are proactive in thinking about what you need to do, we will provide you with on-the-job training in nursing care techniques after you join the company.
