Nursing care work at a nursing home for the elderly
・Support for daily life such as eating, excretion, and bathing
・Checking the health status during the day and watching over the child at night

Salary

[Monthly salary] 211,800 yen *Night shift allowance paid separately

[Salary breakdown]
■ Base salary: 173,500 yen
■ Location allowance: 10,000 yen
■ Occupational allowance: 5,000 yen (including 1,000 yen treatment improvement allowance)
■ Caregiver treatment improvement supplement ("new supplement"): 23,300 yen/month
(Wage improvement implementation period: September 2024 to June 2025)

*The following night shift and semi-night shift allowances will be paid separately.
■ Night shift allowance: 26,000 yen (for 5 shifts) * 5,000 yen per shift, 6,000 yen from the 5th shift
Night shift allowance: 3,500 yen per shift

(Night shift) 16:30-9:30 (15 hours work, 120 minutes break)
* Each night shift counts as 2 days of work.
(Semi-night shift) 22:00 to 7:00 the next morning (8 hours work, 60 minutes break)
