There is training for everyone when joining the company. There is training for other levels.

Working hours

Variable working hours system (monthly unit)
①Early shift: 7:00-16:00
②Day shift: 9:00-18:00
③Late shift: 10:00-19:00
④ Night shift: 16:30 to 9:30 the next morning
Break time: 60 minutes

Application Requirements

(Experienced caregiver)
・Japanese language ability JLPT N3 or above
・Pass the Specified Skills Assessment Test (caregiving)
・6 months or more experience in a domestic nursing care facility

(Non-caregiver)
・Japanese language ability JLPT N2 or higher
・Pass the Specified Skills Assessment Test (caregiving)

Selection Process

First selection: Document screening ➡Second selection: ②First interview (online) ③Second interview (online/face-to-face)
*The second interview of the second selection process will be with the manager of the facility where you will actually work. If possible, we ask that you conduct the interview at the facility. If you are far away, you can conduct the interview online.
