Fellow Homes: Special Nursing Home for the Elderly

For specific skills and international students

Since 2019, Ebisu-kai has been focusing on recruiting foreign staff, and as of September 2024, approximately 30 staff members are working on-site. We have staff from various countries, including Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Nepal, and Ukraine. The common language is Japanese. We study Japanese in between our daily work, and some staff members are aiming to obtain national certification as care workers. Housing support is also available, so you can continue working long-term with peace of mind.

Equipment outline

This is a traditional special nursing home with a capacity of 100 people. Last year, we renovated the rooms, which were previously separated by curtains, into semi-private rooms separated by Japanese-style fittings that make use of the texture of wood. It is a facility that is comfortable for both the elderly and staff, located close to Tachikawa Station and facing Showa Memorial Park.
