At Azumien, we hold online Japanese language classes for foreign staff and study sessions for care workers one day a month. Foreigners can also connect with each other, so they can use it as a place to share and improve their concerns about working in a care facility or the challenges of learning Japanese.

You will be responsible for general nursing care duties (excretion, meals, bathing, changing sheets, luggage checks, cleaning, and other related tasks).
Salary

[Contract employee] Monthly salary: 240,590 yen
bonus

Bonus: twice a year (maximum 360,000 yen/year *calculated based on work performance during the applicable period)
No fixed overtime pay
Trial period 4 months (no changes to conditions)
*Wages are paid at the end of the month, on the 25th of the month.
