At Azumien, we hold online Japanese language classes for foreign staff and study sessions for care workers one day a month. Foreigners can also connect with each other, so they can use it as a place to share and improve their concerns about working in a care facility or the challenges of learning Japanese.

You will be responsible for all general care duties (excretion, meals, bathing, changing sheets, cleaning, etc.)
Salary

[Contract employee] Monthly salary: 235,050 yen
bonus

Bonus: twice a year (maximum 360,000 yen/year *calculated based on work performance during the applicable period)
No fixed overtime pay
