Care facilities and job information

Social Welfare Corporation Suiseikai

Special Nursing Home for the Elderly Otowadai Residence

For specific skills and international students

Our corporation has accepted a total of seven foreign care workers with specific skills to date. Two of them successfully passed the Certified Care Worker Examination while employed at the company, and are now working as regular employees with the same salary system as Japanese employees.
Staff dormitories are also available for a monthly rent of 20,000 yen. In addition, a dedicated staff member provides full support to foreign staff members, including assistance with daily life and courses to help them pass the Certified Care Worker Exam. Most of the foreign staff members we have accepted (6 out of 7) are still working with a smile on their faces, which we believe is proof of our solid support system.
