・Treatment improvement allowance: 20,000 yen
・Night shift allowance: 5,000 yen/shift
・Early and late shift allowance: 500 yen per shift

Retirement age is set at 60 years old. Re-employment system is available (upper limit is 70 years old, taking into consideration physical ability)

Variable working hours system (monthly unit)
(1) 7:00-16:00 60 minute break
(2) 9:00-18:00 60 minute break

(4) 17:00 to 9:30 the next morning, 120 minute break
