Salary

[Full-time employee] Base salary: High school graduates 192,000 yen, junior college graduates 201,000 yen, university graduates 207,000 yen

bonus

Bonus twice a year, total of 3.8 months or more
No fixed overtime pay
Trial period 2 months (no changes to conditions)
*Wages are paid at the end of the month, on the 25th of the month.

Treatment allowance 15,000 yen, housing support allowance 20,000 yen, night shift allowance 7,000 yen (about 4 times a month), late arrival allowance 200 yen (about 4 times a month), qualification allowance (care worker 10,000 yen)

Application Requirements

・JLPT N3 or above or equivalent Japanese language proficiency qualification
・Pass the Specified Skills Assessment Test (caregiving)
・Work experience in Japan for at least 1 year
・Experience working in a care facility (may be in your home country)
・Experience working in a hospital (may be in your home country)
