月額固定給: 21,000円

Various allowances

Tokyo Metropolitan Government Special Housing Support Allowance: 20,000 yen (paid to all employees working at Tokyo offices. 10,000 yen for those in their sixth year of employment or later)
Qualification allowance: 5,000 yen (initial training), 8,000 yen (practical training), 21,000 yen (care worker) *Whichever is higher will be paid.
Treatment improvement allowance: 25,000 yen
Night shift allowance: 8,000 yen per shift (approximately 5 times a month)
Care manager qualification allowance: 15,000 yen (qualified persons only)

Application Requirements

Age: 18 to 35 years old
・JLPTN3 or above
・Muslim (no hijab allowed at work, short sleeve uniform)
・Those who want to actively participate in training to learn Japanese, obtain a care worker license, and live here for a long time (preferably permanently)
・People who are not allergic to animals (dogs and cats) (because we provide animal therapy)
・Someone who can interact with people cheerfully and energetically. Someone who can take on any challenge.
・As we are a company that encourages digital transformation in nursing care, you will use smartphones, intercoms, etc. during work.
・Praying during working hours and working outside of work hours are prohibited.

*There is a possibility of transfer within the company based on suitability.
