[Full-time employee] Monthly salary: 250,000 yen

Bonus: once a year
There is a role ranking system
No fixed overtime pay
Trial period: 3 months (basic salary: 200,000 yen, no dependent allowance)
*Wages are paid at the end of the month, on the 15th of the following month.

Salary breakdown

・Base salary: 205,000 yen
・Treatment improvement allowance: 40,000 yen
・Night shift allowance: 25,000 yen (5,000 yen for one night shift)

・Base salary: 200,000 yen
・Treatment improvement allowance: 30,000 yen

Retirement age is set at 60 years old.
