Salary

[Full-time employee] Monthly salary: 250,000 yen

bonus

Bonus: once a year
There is a role ranking system
No fixed overtime pay
Trial period: 3 months (basic salary: 200,000 yen, no dependent allowance)
*Wages are paid at the end of the month, on the 15th of the following month.

・Treatment improvement allowance: 40,000 yen
・Night shift allowance: 25,000 yen (5,000 yen for one night shift)

・Base salary: 200,000 yen

Application Requirements

JLPT N4 or above
・JLPT N2
・JFT-Basic holders
・Pass the Specified Skills Assessment Test (caregiving)
・Work experience in Japan for at least 1 year
・Experience working in a care facility (may be in your home country)
