Tsukui has approximately 50 staff members with specific skills working across the country.
We have a wide variety of people working here, including those who started as technical trainees and have been with TSUKUI for a long time, those trying care work for the first time, those who want to put their experience to good use, and those aiming to obtain qualifications as care workers.
We also have a team called the Overseas Human Resources Department that supports people with specific skills. For example, we provide support with house hunting and moving, and help resolve any issues you may have working or living in Japan. [Full-time employee (3 years or more experience in nursing)] Monthly salary: 196,750 yen
[Full-time employee (no experience in nursing care - less than 3 years)] Monthly salary: 193,750 yen
