To nursing care facilities in Tokyo

Currently, the program is hosted by Japanese language schools in Tokyo and co-hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Bureau of Welfare.
We are considering implementing a "free online course for foreign care workers."

FY2025 training for foreign caregivers conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government

We have received many questions and requests regarding issues and solutions related to Japanese communication within the workplace.
Currently, the program is sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government-approved Japanese language education institutions (general incorporated association All Japan Schools, public corporation Japanese Language Education Council, educational corporation Kagawa Gakuen Meros Language Institute),
Co-hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Bureau of Welfare, "The main purpose of this event is to improve Japanese communication skills in the workplace.
We are considering offering a free online course for foreign employees.

Although this is currently a trial study for the 2025 fiscal year, we aim to hold the course between October and December 2025.
In order to make the content as close as possible to the requests of businesses, we would like to hear from a wide range of people.

Please note that the responses you provide will only be used to consider the implementation of this course and will not be reproduced or reused.

■This course is intended for the following people (planned):
・People who have just started working and are not good at communicating in Japanese at work, and want to improve/improve their skills.
- People who have just started working and want to know first about the points to be careful about when communicating at work
・People who have been working for a while but have poor Japanese language skills and are having trouble communicating work instructions
・People who are comfortable with casual conversation and everyday conversation, but feel that there are many misunderstandings and misunderstandings when it comes to work-related matters.

The topics covered in the course will include many basic topics.

For those who have already changed jobs within Japan and have no major problems communicating in Japanese in their daily work
We do not recommend taking this course as the content may not be sufficient.
